Recently, she moved from her love of working with clients to focusing on office and staff management. Loving her new position, she works hard at making Menno Travel an amazing place to work. No opportunity goes by without Eunice using it to celebrate. Life is short....almost nothing passes her by. Travel highlights would be Ukraine where she sang with the Kiev Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, followed by a visit to Russia

She has traveled to Europe several times, visiting Germany, Austria, Holland, Britain, Greece, Iceland, and soon to be Italy. Her favorite vacation spots are sun destinations and she and her husband visit Mexico once a year.

She has traveled to numerous countries including trips to South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Slovenia, Russia and the Ukraine. Her favorite destination was Zanzibar. Its beautiful beaches and amazing culture left a lasting impression on her.

She has visited several European countries such as Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Britain and the Czech Republic. One city that stands out in her memories is Berlin and she would love to return someday.

She left to raise her family and returned in 1996. Liz was born in NZ , lived in England and traveled extensively in Australia and Great Britain. She has 36 years experience in the travel industry in Canada, the last 16 were spent in a sales capacity with British Airways. She became the champion at British Airways North America for the Missionary channel. She looks forward to managing the relationship with Menno Travel’s accounts in Eastern Canada, and making Menno Travel the agency of record for many more Humanitarian/Missionary organizations in Eastern Canada.
