the 2010 BWA Women’s Department Leadership Conference and BWA Congress in
beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii for a memorable 12 days of worship, teaching,
and discovery of what God is doing all over the world! Enjoy the historic
landmarks, beautiful beaches and spectacular scenery of the island of
Oahu.
Our hotel for experiencing the BWA Dept. Women’s Leadership Conference,
and the BWA Congress, and for our tours of Honolulu and the island of Oahu
will be the beautiful Outrigger Luana Waikiki Hotel.
Departing from Canada on Friday, July 23rd and returning on Tuesday,
August 3rd, this 12 day /10 night excursion provides a wonderful balance
of guided tours, conference events and free time to choose activities in
your own interest areas
Travel hosts

and Quebec, invite you to join in the adventure and fun! Brenda is excited
to introduce you to friends she met at the Birmingham, England 2005
Congress and on short term mission trips in Brazil, Bolivia, Kenya, the
United States and India, and so much more. Our tour is open to all,
including men.

Itinerary
Friday, July 23rd – Travel from your departure city and arrive in
Honolulu. After you have picked up your luggage, you will be transferred
to your hotel after receiving a traditional Hawaiian Lei.
Saturday, July 24th – Following an orientation breakfast at your hotel,
you will depart on a Honolulu City Tour that will include the USS Arizona
Memorial, Pearl Harbor, and the USS Missouri. The rest of the afternoon is
free time to take in the beach, recover from jet lag, or explore Waikiki.
Women attending the Women’s Leadership Conference will be registering for
that event that has dinner included.
Sunday, July 25th – Participate in Morning Worship. The Women’s leadership
Conference continues all day, lunch included, while those not attending
can enjoy optional activities - fishing, enjoying a harbor cruise, taking
a walking tour or relaxing on the beach are just some of the
possibilities.
Monday, July 26th - Women's Leadership Conference continues, including
lunch. This is a free day for the others, with possible activities
including the International Market Place, the Pacific Aviation Museum, the
Aquarium, golf, fishing, snorkeling or relaxing on the beach.
Tuesday, July 27th – Women’s Leadership Conference ends at 11am. In the
afternoon you will enjoy the Ambassador VIP Tour to the Polynesian
Cultural Center. This deluxe package includes guided tour of the various
villages, canoe pageant, IMAX theatre and Polynesian luau dinner, followed
by the evening show, the largest revue of Polynesian song and dance in the
world, featuring over 100 performers. Bus departs the hotel at 12 noon,
returning around 10 pm.
Wednesday, July 28th – Depart from the hotel at 9 am for a guided tour of
the whole island, including the Dole pineapple plantation and the
spectacular west coast surfing beaches! Hear about the history of the
islands while enjoying breathtaking views from your seat. Return to the
hotel around 3 pm in time to register for the BWA Congress.
Thursday,
July 29th – BWA Congress or optional activities.
Friday, July 30th – BWA Congress or optional activities.
Saturday July 31st – BWA Congress or optional activities.
Sunday, August 1st – BWA Congress closing worship in the morning. There
will be several hours of free time in the afternoon before heading off to
Germaine’s Luau for an authentic Hawaiian Luau dinner and entertainment,
as well as a spectacular sunset that you will be sure not to forget!
Monday August 2nd – Enjoy your last day in Hawaii with beach time,
shopping opportunities, or the chance to revisit in greater depth any of
the attractions in and around Honolulu. A late check out from the hotel
will be requested for our evening departure back to Canada.

Details:
The Outrigger Luana Waikiki Hotel offers one of the most desirable
locations on Kalakaua Avenue. It is just steps to wonderful shopping
opportunities. A broad spectrum of restaurants to fit any budget are
within an easy walk from the hotel. Surrounded by Fort DeRussy Park, most
units enjoy restful park and ocean views. Waikiki Beach is an easy
10-minute stroll away.

cost is $1260 CAD per person based on double occupancy (Single supplement
$765 CAD).

(Partial Ocean View rooms available at an additional cost).

Airfare
Roundtrip airfare from your Canadian
departure city to Honolulu will vary depending on how soon you contact
Menno Travel to book your tickets. The sooner you purchase your tickets,
the lower the cost of airfare will be. Currently the roundtrip airfare
from Toronto is approximately $930 CAD per person including all taxes and
fees. Please contact Menno Travel for current prices from other departure
cities. If you wish to stay for a few additional days in Hawaii, please
make those arrangements with Menno Travel prior to booking your flights.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 CDN and the full cost of the airfare is
payable at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than Friday,
May 21st, 2010.
